A connected path from problem to practical outcome.
The project is shown as a sequence of decisions, creative development and practical outputs.
Challenge
BCIS was improving under ISP ownership, but external perceptions and internal communications had not kept pace. The school needed to close the gap between stronger institutional reality and unclear market perception.
Approach
Zest built the strategy through leadership interviews, audience needs, market research, a 41-point SWOT, competitor scoring, parent-value criteria, brand promise development, visual identity evolution and practical deployment tools.
Solution
The work translated BCIS into a complete operating system: a single credible brand story, four strategic pillars, a refreshed identity, brand guidelines, positioning materials, advertising templates and a social media strategy.
Outcome
Research made the strategy credible, strategy made the identity meaningful and design made the transformation visible. BCIS gained a clearer proposition and practical materials that could be used across every communication touchpoint.
